How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please visit our Return Contact Form. Provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return in the message field.
Our customer support team will review your request and, once approved, provide return instructions.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Items must be brand new, unused, and unopened
- Items must be returned in their original packaging
- Returns must be requested within 30 calendar days of delivery
- Once approved, items must be shipped back within 7 days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
Solo Biz Cards, LLC reserves the right to reject any return that does not meet these conditions.
Final Sale Items
- All custom products are final sale
- Shipping fees are final sale
- No exceptions apply
Return Shipping & Fees
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
- A $5 repackaging fee will be deducted from the refund if the product packaging has been opened
- The remaining balance will be refunded after inspection
Returns not authorized through our customer support team will not be accepted.
Incorrect or Damaged Items
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us through the Return Contact Form as soon as possible.
Include:
- Your full name
- Order number
- A brief description of the issue
A member of our customer care team will respond promptly with a resolution.
Refund Processing Time
- Please allow up to 5 business days for returns to be processed once received
- You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued
- Refund posting times vary depending on your payment provider and are outside our control
Custom Orders & Production Delays
- All custom items are non-refundable
- Production begins once a mockup is approved
- If no response is received within 7 days, designs are automatically approved
- Production time may vary based on design and quantity
- Production will not exceed 3 months
- Production delays do not qualify for refunds
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to change the type or color of a product after fulfillment:
- Wait for the item to be delivered
- Submit a return request (item must be unopened and unactivated)
- Place a new order for the desired item
Once the return is accepted, a refund will be issued for the original purchase.
Price Adjustments
If an item goes on sale within 3 days of your purchase, we will honor a price adjustment upon request.
Conditions:
- Request must be submitted within 3 days of purchase
- Refund will be issued to the original payment method
- Allow 3–5 business days for processing
